Step 3: Dot a pink or bronze blush onto your cheeks and blend up and out toward the hairline. Sheer gets give the illusion of golwng from within.
Step 4: For a modern approach to the classic bold lip look, opt for semi-transparent glosses and sheer stains. And remember there’s a red out there for everyone. If you’re fair, choose a hue with a hind of pink, like Stila Convertible Lip Color in Crimson Bloom. Blue reds, such as Shiseido The Makeup Lim Gloss in Bare Berry, and Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Baby Berry, work best on those with darker skin tones.

Healthy-skin breakthroughs - 5
Why they’re breakthrough Pentapeptides are small chains of amino acids that signal cells to produce collagen. In one study, skin biopsies showed increased collagen production after application of a cream containing the pentapeptide Matrixyl, according to the ingredient’s manufacturer. Studies from Olay, which uses matrixyl in its Regenerist line, show smoother texture and fewer fine lines compared with moisturizer.
Growth factors are collagen-building proteins found naturally in the body (they help heal wounds), says Mark G. Rubin, M.D., a dermatologist in Beverly Hills, California. Proponents of growth factors as anti agers believe that when applied to unwounded skin, they also bolster collagen, making skin firmer and smoother. One manufacturer study showed that Skin-Medica TNS Recovery Complex made the skin of women in their 50snoticeably smoother and more even-toned after three months compared with moisturizer. Dr. Rubin has seen the same effects in his own patients and says that results can be as good as these from a series of laser treatments. “The more damage, the more impressive the response.” He adds.
Get breakthrough result Doctors agree that pentapeptides and growth factors are promising but disagree on how effective they are in creams. And beauty companies don’t claim that their products containing these ingredients penetrate the top layer of skin to stimulate collagen. If you want to try peptides or growth factors, look for Olay Recovery Complex, which at least have been shown to achieve visible results. According to manufacturers, the formulations shouldn’t upset skin, but doctors say the ingredients may be irritating, so do a patch test before using one of the products on your face. A downside to the TNS cream: “it smells like dirty gym socks.”
Women with serious sun damage will achieve the most noticeable improvement from growth factors, providing they use the product consistently for three weeks. In four months, you can cut back to one or two times a week. If you have less damage, you may not see a huge difference from growth factors, but, like dental floss, they may work preventively, he says. If you’re not ready for vitamin A derivatives’ wrinkle assault or side effects but still want good, visible results, try pentapeptides. Choose lotions, which contain lower concentrations than serums, for sensitive skin.
So while a miracle in a jar still doesn’t exist, you can get your healthiest skin yet, no cabinet-crowding necessary.

Healthy-skin breakthroughs – 4
As you get older, collagen-producing cells slow down. Docs universally recommend vitamins A derivatives, a tried-and-true way to jump-start the cells (at any age). They’re cautiously optimistic about the next anti-wrinkle generation, pentapeptides (amino acid chains) and growth factors (natural cell builders).
VITAMIN A DERIVATIVES
Why they’re breakthrough A slew of studies shows that prescription tretinoin (also called retinoic acid), found in Ronova, and tazarotene, in Tazorac, as well as over-the-counter retinol, can penetrate to the dermis and seed cell turnover, increasing collagen. Should you go OTC or Rx? The prescription from, retinoic acid, is stronger and more effective. One study, however, has shown that at 0.1 percent concentration of higher, over-the-counter retinol is converted into retinoic acid in the skin. In other words, you may see smoothing from an OTC comparable to a low-strength Rx—but with less of the redness and flaking common to prescription formulas.
Get breakthrough result Vitamin A derivatives work to reverse wrinkles, and using them in your 20s can help prevent lines. Start use in the summer, when there’s more humidity to lessen side effects. Dry skin, redness and flaking may last two weeks, especially if you overapply. Spread a pea-sized drop over dry skin, then pat a tissue on your face. If it sticks, you used too much.
With OTC formulas, look for retinol, not the less effective retinyl palmitate. Roc products like Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream, get high marks from derms for their stability-ensuring airtight lightproof tubes. Also try brand-new SkinCeuticals Refining Night Cream. Which boasts a high concentration of retinol.

Healthy-skin breakthroughs - 3
Antioxidants are skin’s security guards. These minerals, extracts or vitamins can prevent free radicals—molecules that break down collagen—from damaging skin. Most derms say incorporating them into your routine can help skin stay healthy.
Why they’re breakthrough Antioxidants probably won’t make you look younger—at least right now. But they may prevent future wrinkles. When exposed to pollution, smoke and sun, the body releases fee radicals tha weaken collagen causing wrinkles. Sun-induced free radicals damage cells’ DNA, which can lead to skin cancer.
There’s no shortage of studies that show antioxidants’ protective abilities. But some dermatologists believe they can have trouble penetrating the skin, and creams might not have a high enough concentration to do much good. Also, exposure to light and air can weaken these ingredients. For these reasons, finding the best antioxidant bang for your buck can be difficult.
Get breakthrough result To increase your odds of achieving real benefits, choose a product that contains the antioxidants that have fared best in research: Studies have shown that green tea and vitamin C (when combined with vitamin E) may prevent the formation of cancer-causing cells or destroy them. Another study found that coenzyme Q10 protected cells from damage.
Meanwhile, buy a daytime moisturizer or sunscreen with antioxidants instead of spending on a separate serum. Look for vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and E (tocopheryl) or coenzyme Q10. Though you can’t tell if ingredients are stable, choosing a light-proof package (not clear glass or plastic) improves the chances. Try Aveda Dual Nature Face Protection SPF 15 with C and E, or Nivea Visage Q10 Advanced Wrinkle Reducer. When it comes to green tea, choose a brown-tinted formula such as Replenix Cream; color is a tip-off that a product likely has enough tea to fight free radicals. Apply products in the morning, before you come in contact with sunlight.
The newest buzzed-about antioxidant is idebenone (found in Prevage). One unpublished manufacturer-sponsored study shows that it’s one of the most powerful antioxidants available. But some derms like Drs. Hirsch and Farris are waiting to pass judgment until more independent research is done.

Healthy-skin breakthroughs – 2
Products with alpha hydroxyl acids (AHAs) have been around for years, but they remain dermatology’s darlings because they work to make your skin smoother and more radiant.
Why they’re breakthrough “AHAs dissolve the bonds between dead skin cells, so they slough off easily.” Surface cells are the oldest and most damaged; removing them reveals younger, glowing cells underneath. At-home AHAs (available in concentrations up to 12 percent) refine skin texture but don’t penetrate deep enough to affect collagen (which gives skin its firmness).
Derm-strength peels—up to 50 percent concentration—can help build collagen. The newest AHA products are at-home peels. Their high AHA doses give an extra instant shot of radiance, especially to seriously dull and blotchy skin. But don’t forget to wear sunscreen. Stripped of the protective surface cell layer, skin is even more susceptible to sun damage.
Get breakthrough results Use a nighttime moisturizer with either glycolic acid (from sugarcane) or lactic acid (from milk). Unlike cleansers, lotions keep AHAs in contact with skin loner for better results. DDF 10% Glycolic Exfoliating Moisturizer, is a potent pick. But applying too high a concentration may redden skin; if you’re new to AHAs or have sensitive skin, shoose a milder product, like Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion with SPF, or MD Formulations Vit-A Plus Anti-Aging Lotion. Or try a peel, such as L’Oreal ReNoviste Anti-Aging Glycolic Peel Kit, once or twice weekly. Skip AHAs if you use a retinoid, which also exfoliates.

Confused about which products to use? Let this be your guide to cleansers, wrinkle fighters and more.
Think of the skin potions crowding your medicine cabinet. Do you know which one really work for you? Ninety-four percent of women are confused by their anti-aging options, according to the American Academy of Dermatology in Schaumburg, Illinois. To help, SELF talked to experts and reviewed the research so you’ll know which products to choose and the best ways to use them.
First, a review of the basics: Wash with a non-soap cleanser at night (morning, too, if skin is oily). Then use moisturizer—its hydrators help soften surface cells so they lie flat, creating a smooth look and feel. Moisturizer alone can reduce wrinkles’ appearance by up to 20 percent. One of the best ingredients is hyaluronic acid. (On labels, look for sodium hyaluronate or hyaluronan. Try Prescriptives Intensive Rebuilding Moisturizer). This sugary substance found naturally in skin draws moisture from the air, holding up to 1,000 times its weight in rays slow collagen production and break it down, which can lead to wrinkles. What else might your skin need? Read on.

The facts on facial fillers – 2
FDA-approved plumpers
Zyderm and Zyplast
What they are Liquid forms of bovine collagen, a protein found in the skin of cows, used to fill shallow lines and deeper wrinkles. To guard against disease such as mad cow, the substances come from well documented, grain-fe U.S. cattle and are highly purified.
Time they last Three to six months.
Track record With nearly 25 years of use and few reported complications, both are viewed as safe by most dermatologist.
Biggest worry You could be allergic to bovine collagen (a skin test required four weeks prior to treatment, which leads to redness of lumpiness that lasts until it breaks down. While very rare, a reaction could develop even after passing the test.
Cost $250 to $450 per syringe (one treats two crow’s-feet)
Bottom line There is potential for allergies, but the track record seems to show they are among the most reliable of these fillers.

**The facts on facial fillers - 1
Twenty years ago, the only options for eliminating lines and wrinkles short of a full-fledged face-lift were with bovine collagen of fat injections. But hose limited choices have proliferated into a bevy of crease-reducing alternatives. Botox, for example to paralyze furrow-causing muscles, and a variety of filters—substances injected into the skin to plump lines or stimulate new collagen growth.
The use of these injectables is on the rise. The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in New York City estimates that filters such as collagen, fat and hyaluronic acid have increased by 113 percent from 2003 to 2004. And those seeking them are increasingly younger. There has been a marked risen in the number of patients I see in their 30s, says David Colbert, M.D., a dermatologist in New York City.
The current crop of FDA-approved substances offers smooth skin for a few months. But as makers continue the quest for ever-better products, permanence seems to be the next holy grail. Doctors warn however, that the longest-lasting material isn’t always better if it delivers less than perfect result. Many of these options haven’t been around long enough for the medical community to know how they’ll age within skin. (Will they migrate beyond the injection site, leaving a droopy, baser hound-like look?)
To ensure safety, it’s crucial to know exactly what you’ve putting into your face—particularly given the December incident in Florida, in which four people suffered paralysis, reportedly because of homemade Botox. And with many docs using substances off-label (for a purpose other than what the FDA approved) and several options requiring tricky injection techniques, it’s more important than ever to choose a doctor with skilled hands. Putting yourself in the position of a guinea pig could be dangerous—and damaging to your face.
So to fill or not to fill? Self investigated this brave new world for the latest information on these hot shots.

3 Skin Myths Debunked
I want to share what I know how to get your skin looks flawless..... Here are the three important things you should do.
♦ Downing eight glasses of water a dry keeps your skin soft
Unless you seriously dehydrated, you skin gets all the water it needs from your body. The outer layer of your skin are what may feel dry, and they are affected by the hydration in the environment and what you put on your skin.”
♦ Eating chocolate causes breakouts
Nope. In fact, chocoholics will be happy to hear that some researchers hope found that the cocoa bean contains antioxidants that may help decrease the risk of heart disease.
♦ Your skin will break out if you only wash once a day
Chances are, your skin’s not getting terribly dirty while you sleep. That means there’s no need to scrub first thing in the morning—a splash of water will do. At nigh, do a through cleansing to restore the day’s makeup and grime

Love is in the hair – and eyes, and lips, and… - 3
Sexy: sculpted cheekbones. Sexier: the soft, diffused color you get when you flush. To replicate it, take a pass on powder and instead use a cream, which sinks into skin and gives a natural sheer hue. Avon Split Second Blush Stick goes on light and velvety smooth. Rub in color with your fingers; this not only feels far more satiny than any blush brush, it gives you more control over where it goes. Just smear some on your index finger and dab two onto cheekbones, plus one below. Then caress it in using a clean finger to avoid a color OD.
♥ go for kiss-me-lips
All lips were made for kissing—not so all lipsticks. Dark reds can look very vampy, glossy shades may leave him fearing he’ll get slimed, and too-perfect liner says “I’m ready for work…hands off!” For a smoocher that lives up to its name, go for a stain of soft pink. Super creamy Stila Lip Color looks sheer but still there. Dab some on a fingertip, and then gently pat over mouth. To make color last, first fill in lips with a pencil that matches their natural shade. Don’t outline them, it’s much more romantic when color is blurred around the edges. Hair hint: Updos are ultra-alluring, but be sure to leave a few strands loose or you’ll appear too severe.

Love is in the hair – and eyes, and lips, and… - 2
♥ create pretty, shimmery eyes
Probably the most important part of a romantic face: eyes. (Could anyone fall in love without eye contact?) So while this may not be the moment to experiment with face lashes or paint your lids the colors of a tequila sunset, your eyes still need definition. Use a navy liner to line the base of your top lashes, recommends New York City—based makeup artist Laura Mericer; whose Romantic Story collect ion debuts this month. “The color instantly makes the whites of your eyes whiter, and it works for all eye colors.” Then smooth on a shimmery pastel shadow like lavender, one for spring’s hot shades, to give eyes glint. Yves Saint Laurent Mono Eyeshadow in Parma is a pretty, but not too pronounced, lilac. Line shadow along bottom lashes with a brush, but use your index finger on lids for a wash of color that enhance eyes without overpowering them. Hair hint: When it’s waves you want, only condition the ends of hair, being top-heavy will weigh down strands and leave you with a flat top.
♥ get a little closer
Is he addicted to the feel of your skin, or is it your perfume? Probably both—each is a potent aphrodisiac. Fragrance makes any close encounter that much more of a sock melter, so “put some wherever you’d like to be kissed!” Forget the usual spritz spots, like your neck and wrists; in slow mo, stoke a bit on your cleavage, the small of your back, your thighs…(you get the idea). Then don’t underestimate the power of touching him. Any contact, nonerogenous zones included, enhances intimacy. Even a casual pat is powerful Studies show that a waitress who touches client, just by putting her hand on a shoulder, gets a bigger tip.” Who knew?

Love is in the hair - and eyes, and lips, and... - 1
Want to look romantic? (And who among us, coupled or blissfully single, doesn’t?) Then here’s one word for you: Relax!
Romantic beauty doesn’t require hot-rollered Harlequin curls or I-want-to-bite-your-neck lipstick. Think stroke-able hair, soft eyes, a natural mouth. And if you usually primp at warp speed when dressing for a date, slo-o-ow down! Nothing puts you in the mood quite like sensuously smoothing on makeup using your fingers. Whatever you do, don’t aim for perfection; if your eye shadow goes AWOL, or your hair gets mussed, all the better: You exude extra beauty confidence when you look a little undone.
♥ make your hair finger-friendly
Hold the hairspray! There isn’t a guy with a pulse who doesn’t like soft, touchable strands. “Truly romantic hair feels silky and looks tousled—when men see waves, they think of woman’s curves.” He should know; he’s created many of the wildly romantic dos in the Victoria’s Secret catalog. Use a product that adds softness without sacrificing control, swho did the hair on these pages. The goal is to look somewhat wind-blown, but not like you just strolled through a tornado. Bumble and Bumble Styling Lotion, packed with moisturizing algae and kelp, does the trick. Turn head upside down, scrunch strands as you blow-dry, then flip head up and shake, shake, shake it out. “The less primped you look, the more touching you invite.”

It’s the high season for eye makeup, Navy blue, shades of ruby, burgundy, pine. The eyes dare to wear rich shades in intense smoky versions.
On the other hand, the other palette collection called Collector Powders for the Complexion is a powder, blush and highlighter in one that lightens, color and mattifies he skin. With Ampli Light + pigments that tame light, the shades, used alone or blended, give the skin subtle radiance. The beige powder is ideal for lightening the entire face or for a matte touchup. The apricot blush warns and enlivens the complexion. Applied on the cheekbones, the arch below the eyebrows, the ridge of the nose and the chin, the pearly pink shade highlights these features with subtle gold reflection.
For the make-up in the visual, the eyes are monochrome and the lips are bright. What makes this combination contemporary is the very fresh radiance of the pink. It’s the star color of the collection, this season’s red. I wanted it to be perfectly ladylike with Lipstick Pink Satin, or very sassy, spicy almost black with Pure Shine Tuxedo Pink.
Fall/winter makeup collection includes Collector Powder For The Eyes, Collector Powder For the Complexion, Blush Variation Silky Nude, Mascara Ever Green, Fard Pink Satin, Pure Shine Tuxedo Pink, Touch Luminous Radiance.

Party Beauty - 1
When the holiday are just around the corner, you can’t help but get into the party mood. You see it all around you…you smell it in the air…and you are showered with invitations to and from everywhere! Indeed, the Christmas season has begun and the happiest parties are now starting in the most happening places. And don’t forget the reunions, whether with family or friends, that some, if not most, of us fear, especially those who have gained weight or are looking so much older than they should.
Worry not, the best beauty items this season will help you look your best, so without fear, we can all shout “It’s party time!” Cheers!
High Season for Eye Makeup
This year, the makeup collections pay tribute to the couturier, taking inspiration from the tuxedo. Created in 1966, it is the standard of the masculine-feminine style.
Coco Rocha personifies the woman with a diaphanous complexion, shocking pink lips, and deep eyes that are metallic and smoky.
One palette collection is the Collector Powder for the Eyes, which is trio of closely connected shadows to achieve smoky eyes. In shades of Lilac Sky, Riviera Garden of Eden, Tawny, and Indian Pink, you can use this eye shadows to outline the eyes or veil the lids. When mixed with metallic steel grey or lightened with “champagne” white to capture the light, it gives extra depth to the other shades. It has a satin smooth, glide-on texture with silica microspheres that diffract the light in a wide angle. The gold compact contains four colors-dark, iridescent and satiny shades plus a highlighter.

Makeover Moment
When you're dying to ace an interview, you've got to work your look. Hair and makeup astist give one an eminently hireable image. Here are those which we should be remembered always.
A sculpted cut is key for that I've-got-my-act-together aura, so hair artist may downsized your hair to a chic bob. "The angled layers follow her jawline, framing her face." This snip os so low maintenance, she won't have to sacrifice chunks of her psychecks (or her mornings) to keep it in shape.
Styling is a no-brainer when you've got a well-defined 'do. For shine and hold, the hair artist rubbed grooming cream between his hands before draging them from roots to ends. (Applying goop directly on hair makes it too greasy.) As he did a blowout, he aimred the nozzle downward to keep hair flyaway-free.
What's worst than chewing gum during a chat with a prospective boss? Wearing make up that's more prominent than your resume. The artist shaded lids with a vnilla pensil, the blended black liner along the lash lines. Don't extend liner out too far 9 unless you're going for a gig as Cat Woman).
Since an interview is all about what comes out of your lips, you want them to be polished but not distracting. He used a lavander lipstick, then dabbed some on cheeks. The creamy texture delivers a subtle blush; the idea is to avoid looking like you just graduated from clown school.

Glow Your Own Skin - 2
The cure for winter white face: a summery faux tan. Well-moisturized skin takes a tan best, so start with a super-creamy foundation. Next, run a liquid bronze highlighter on you cheekbones and down nose. Enhance eyes by sweeping a berry-bronze shadow along top and bottom lash lines over charcoal liner, then smooth more over lids and up to brows. The key to looking sun-kissed: a reddish blush mixed with sparks of copper and gold. With all the color, lips need just a hint of shell-pink gloss.

Glow Your Own Skin - 1
The just-went-for-a-run glow
For a vibrant, outdoorsy flush – no activity required – put on a palette of pinks. After applying foundation that has a lustrous finish, smooth a glistening pink liquid highlighter on eyelids, forehead, nose, cheek-bones and chin – the luminescence will instantly brighten your face. Next, dust lids with a shimmery apricot eye shadow, glide some berry blush across cheeks and slick on a matching berry lip stain.
The chic hint-of-glint glow
If your skin is on the pale side, try a Midas touch. Start with matte foundation (shine free skin helps golden high-lights show up better). Then brush brush a pale gold powder on eyelids, and rev up the sparkle quotient with a layer of glimmer golden eye shadow. For cheeks, go with a pink-gold blush, then seep a deep gold powder along the tops of cheekbones. Now color lips with a rich, rosy tone that shimmers but doesn’t shine – a little gilt definitely goes a long way!

Do The Dusky
For fall, dusky shades will help you achieve the smoky look using the new eye color trio. You’ll be surprised to find out each trio contains a highlighter, a mid-tone, and a definer shade. The look you will achieve in terms of the color effect after application is the final hour of daylight just before sunset.
Formulated to provide rich pigment, the color glides on smoothly and evenly. It is also water-resistant, long-wearing, and can be used either wet or dry.
Moreover, the color doesn’t stop on the eyes as it continues on the lips with the lip color that gives ultra rich color, moisture, and comfort immediately after application. The quick-release pigments provide long-lasting coverage with sheen. Try refreshing the lip color by pressing your lips together and it would appear fresh and flawless once again. Also, it contains vitamins A and E as antioxidants to soften the lips while shea butter, grapeseed oil, and evening primerose oil moisturize.

Hair Feast
Today’s woman wants to always be at her best, and what better way to achieve this than by having well-styled hair. With these hair accessories, you can get the look that’s right for you.
Don’t use accessories that are too distracting – this means accessories of a too bright color or that are too big. You want people to look at you and not the gaudy piece of plastic in your hair. As much as possible, try to match the color of the hair accessory with the color of your hair, and not with color of the clothes you’re wearing.
If you’re wearing hair accessories that are shiny and bright, like those made of gold or silver, or that are studded with rhinestones, you can choose designs that are small and simple. Don’t wear several hair accessories all at the same time, like a ribbon clip together with a headband and barrette.
When buying a headband, make sure that it fits the shape of your head and that it’s comfortable. If it’s too tight, you can get a headband. Make sure that when you’re wearing a barrette or clip, it holds enough of your hair so that it doesn’t slide off.

Beauty from Within – 5
The Super Natural
How’s your day everybody? This is the kind of women I want to interview. I think this will be my last interview, so I hope you will always there. Let me start now.
Despite her penchant for trends, there are some things she won’t be too daring with. Among those is what she’ll do to her skin. This constantly evolving fashion designer and model maintains that there’s one thing that never goes out of style; great skin. “What I’m most concerned about is the health of the skin”, she says. She don’t like anything invasive or surgical. Organic as much as possible, or bio-dynamic. Natural. But also practical because of her lifestyle. She can’t stay hours in a salon or spa because she still have to take care of her children.”
What made facial care center appeal to her is discovering that they use those all-natural products that she loved. “Plus they have natural facial. One of which is the Vita Spa, which she really love! It uses the powers of Vitamins A, C and E for an intense therapy for the skin. It’s the best facial she had,” she declares. Anybody can make a good mask or scrub, but how it is applied or used is a whole other story.

The Mother Lode of Beauty
Are you ready to listen to the forth woman I interview. She is hard to find, but I never give up when it comes to my blog. So I will not prolonged my introduction here because I’m also eager to tell you o gave you the result of my forth interview.
This teenybooper proves that some things can get better, even when you least expect it. This woman I interviewed is a former band singer of her 90s has been gone from the crowd for almost 10 years now, but has retained her looks. She looks even better now. “Some people even say I look younger now. It must be because I’m more relaxed and a lot happier now. And I’ve started going to facial care center regularly, which is a great experience!”, she said.
She admits that while she has her vain moments, she wasn’t always active in taking care of her skin. Her biggest problem were oily skin and acne. And because she also got cystic acne, she retain skin blemishes even when the acne’s gone. When she knew about Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), she was really got interested to try it. This is a non-surgical treatment that uses a broad spectrum of light to treat various discolorations and blemishes like age spots, freckles and spider veins.
She told me, after trying for the first tie, she already felt her skin tighten and her age spots fade. Her pres are not as visible and her skin looks finer and smoother. She encourages women especially mothers like her, to indulge their skin. “I admit that when I’m confident about myself, it changes the way I deal with people. I’m happier more relaxed, more at peace – and I think younger-looking!” she declared.
See you next time !!!!!!!!

Beauty from Within - 3
Understated Elegance
Ready for my part 3 series of article? Well, I’m glad that you are still there. This is the third woman I interviewed. And I’m glad she agree with me to interview her. At first she don’t want because of her busy schedule. But I insist. Thank God. So let me start from here.
“I’m probably the least bit fashionable, the least bit in the know when it comes to make-up and hair.” States candidly by the woman I interviewed. This nature stunner claims that having come from a family who loves the outdoors, vanity was the last trait she would have developed. “She never had a facial in her life … until she went to facial care center.” She came out a convert after her first ever session.
“It’s all just natural but it makes a difference,” that’s what she said. No matter what people say, the face is the first thing people notice. She’s not saying that people should get facelifts o plastic surgery done. On the contrary, I feel that everybody has a natural beauty within themselves, and is focusing on your assets that’s a challenge. Beauty comes from within. Once you’ve got that down, you’ll see a newfound confidence emanate, and people will notice!”.

Beauty from Within - 2
I'm just eager to share with you what's the result of my second interview with a woman. , who shares her beauty within.
A woman at 37, a model relates how she is, in a way, a "gossip girl" admits to having a kikay-chit-chats every so often. " Girls like to compare notes, especially on what workds for them." That's how she came to know and became interested in one facial care center for its popular special treatments. "You go there and you see it," that's what she told me. "Go get the collagen treatment!" "Go get the diamaond feel!" And happily revealed it to me that there's an amazing effect on her skin that really shows! So aside from the advertorials, it's also word-of-mouth. It's a rippling effect!"
"She tried their products and services and she really happy with the results." Because of the industry she's in, she usually wearing a lot of make up. But on days when she don't have schedule of work, she's rather not to put make up at all. That's why she told me she want to get a Diamond Peel every two weeks. The Diamond Peel is a non-surgical treatment that uses a diamond-dust coated want to gently remove dead skin cells and surface dirt. This is the last words that she told me......" One thing I like about coming from a facial care center is it makes you confident because once you get out of there, you feel your skin is so clean, nice and glowing you don't even need any make-up on."
Third woman is coming . . . . . . :)

Beauty from Within - 1
Embracing aging
Good morning to all my readers. I hope you are in all good. I want to share some beauty tips with all of you women out there. This time I'm eager to tell you all what I have known to some of the women here in our country. For me, this is the most important beauty tips that i can give you. Beauty from within. Let me share it to all of you now.
Beauty is relative. Some women equate it with youth, others with being ageless. No matter their different view, facial care center knows that women want to look their finest no matter their age, skin type or life style. I have asked five various women embody the ideals of facial care and its regards for true beauty at any age. All are equally beautiful, talented and real.
First woman I asked is at her early 40's. She always seems to put a fresh spin on things. Still stunning at 42. she has no worries about revealing her real age. "It's not like I don't recognize the aging process. I'm just not afraid of it," that was she said to me.
She is a "very low maintenance person," as she confides with me, who values the basics. Indeed, even with the coming on of quick surgical fixes, she never entertained the idea of sticking a needle into her face, let alone a surgical incision. She don't intend to anything invasive! In 20 years, who knows what the effect on your skin will be? She mentioned me aq particular facial care center which she goes frequently. She told me, that at least she can't delay the aging process but not change the way she look." She says that her favorite treatment is a non-surgical treatment that tightens, lifts and firms up the skin. The process is like this, using a combination of light and bi-polar radio frequency, repairs lax sagging skin and removes wrinkles, jowl and neck laxity. sags under the eyes, brow lines and laugh lines. "No pain at all," that's what she said to me.
See you with the next person i interviewed . Have a nice day to all !!!
